So true! And when I’m paying $$$$ I expect my preferences to be known by the full staff.
“In an expensive hotel, your preference dies with the person you told, and a reported problem is passed from colleague to colleague without reaching an immediate solution; in a luxury one, there is an organizational structure behind the scenes that allows information to travel on its own, and whoever receives the report of a problem has the authority to solve it quickly and effectively. The difference always lies in the organization that is invisible to the eye, not in the furnishings we can all admire.”
Thank you, Sara, for such a thoughtful comment and for capturing this point so well. This is exactly the kind of invisible dimension of luxury hospitality that I believe deserves to be measured — and it is precisely what the Ferro Index is designed to address.
Luxury is not only what the guest sees; it is the organization behind the experience, how information travels, how preferences are remembered, and how quickly people can act on them.
Really appreciate your perspective. Thank you for adding this to the conversation.

Adesso vado a fare il test!
poi mi dai il feedback perché ci tengo😉

P.S. a 'sborone' ho riso 10 minuti. 😂😂😂

Mi trovi completamente d'accordo!
This was so good!
Ehi!
